Yes, we offer a complimentary site visit to review your project and budget. If it’s a good fit, we’ll provide a written estimate. For in depth design work or permit preparation, additional fees may apply.
During our initial site visit, we’ll review your project goals and budget. With our experience, we can provide a ballpark estimate to help you plan. While we’re happy to offer rough pricing, detailed and time intensive estimates are reserved for clients ready to move forward. We kindly ask for your consideration if you're simply comparing quotes.
We account for potential issues in our initial estimate to avoid budget surprises. Any significant changes are handled through a formal change order, which you’ll review and approve before work continues.
Yes, we provide a 1 year labor warranty on minor repairs and a 2 year labor warranty on major renovations. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used. We’re always here if any issues arise.
